The achievement was originally called "Third One Out" in the quest data.  Like a lot of the original achievment names, that phrase has no meaning in English because it was machine-translated from Russian.  The Russian text reads "Третий лишний" which translates roughly to "third wheel".

 

I changed almost every achievement name within the Quest Vars mod file to be more like the kind of achievement names we get in most games.  They're now mostly references to pop culture (Swayze is a reference to the movie Ghost).  The reason why you're still seeing the old name is because active quest data is stored in the save file in Skyrim, so you have to make a clean save to get the new names.

 

Are you saying that you got the achievement by following the guard and the dancer upstairs?  Which man's ass are we licking?

You get it by standing next to the two doing it on the card table. Then if you wait long enough the screen goes black briefly and then the character is licking the guy's ass. As soon as you press any key, the screen goes black again and the character is now next to the two again. At this point you get the Sexcret Achievment "Third One Out".

Where is the card table located? In the Jarl's Longhouse?

The only person there is the imperial Commander, no one else.

I found a problem with Ikol and the bards, if you manage to make him cum the moment the bards enter the solitude, there is no way to act anymore. You don't get the normal dialog about why you pause nor does the scene end. The only thing that happens is that both bars slowly teach themselves.

 

 

 

Also, the internal commands are just shown to me when you give the signal to the bards.

Is it possible that you have loaded this save from an older version? I'll have to try testing being Thane of Falkreath.

 

I'll check on the 1.0.8 version of the LE, but for me so far the SE has been working better than the LE.

 

Update: Being a Thane, and the LE, have no effect on those two being present. What could be the reason for the difference?

Ich werde die Version 1.0.8 der LE überprüfen, aber für mich hat die SE bisher besser funktioniert als die LE.

I have done a few quests before I started Thief (Markarth-Forsworn, Sanguine,...), but no, the save is up to date.

There has NEVER been any other version on this memory.

I edited my comment, but I just tested it as a Thane, with the LE, with version 1.0.8, and it did not add new people to that table.

 

Are those NPC's on the table named? Maybe they're located somewhere else, and a particular quest you did freed them up to show up in the longhouse.

actually, I got the scene once in 1.0. I cannot remember the detail. Maybe it was the first time I got into the long house.

But in the scene, the charaters are misaligned.

I got it! They weren't misaligned for me, this was in version 1.0.8

 

The photo was helpful in confirming that it's the same 2 people standing on your immediate left when entering the longhouse during the party.

 

If you wait out the first party, they transition to kissing, and after 2 more parties, they transition to the scene shown above. Waiting there for about 1 minute (I didn't check the Karma level, but I assume you need over 100, as mentioned earlier) got the scene you mentioned and the achievement Odd one out. (I also spent each party having the dancer distract the guard, but I don't know if that's necessary)

Most hidden achievement so far?

 

Looks like I had better change the achievement name and do some editing on the FAQ...

Das Foto war hilfreich, um zu bestätigen, dass es sich beim Betreten des Langhauses während der Party um dieselben 2 Personen handelt, die direkt links von Ihnen stehen.

 

Wenn Sie die erste Party abwarten, gehen sie zum Küssen über und nach 2 weiteren Partys wechseln sie zu der oben gezeigten Szene. Das Warten dort für ungefähr 1 Minute (ich habe das Karma-Level nicht überprüft, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass du, wie bereits erwähnt, über 100 brauchst) brachte die von dir erwähnte Szene und den Erfolg Ungerade heraus. (Ich habe auch jede Party damit verbracht, dass der Tänzer die Wache ablenkt, aber ich weiß nicht, ob das notwendig ist)

 

For me, it was right at the first party - I went to the longhouse 2 times before I started Thief - In addition, the first thing I did was pay the dancer to please the two men and then went into the next room and stood next to the couple.
