No, line of sight would be too complex. It's enough for them to hear and their imagination does the rest.

 

Remember that

1) If they are not in love they don't get jealous.

2) If they are friends they don't get jealous of each other.

 

So one way to manage jealousy is to travel with your fresh slaves until they become friends, and hopefully they will do before changing to in love.

@CliftonJD FYI: I'm using 8.1.6 now for quite some hours and it seems to be quite stable. Papyrus comes up with only one error, that does not seem to be harmful, but I wanted to let you know anyway:

Edit: And i just found a voice line that addresses a female player as "sir": "Yes sir of course.". I did a quick check with the exported lines, but there does not seem to be a female version for that line. And if there is, then something went wrong with the voice line generation and I need to dig deeper.

I had my four lover slaves become friends after a while, so jealousy has mostly subsided. I just bought Nenya (Falkreath steward) in an AYGAS auction, and I have her tied up next to the "four friend harem" for judgement. I won't touch her until she is accepted by the council, because they will all get mad. Also they seem to have chosen a "leader" because while they are all friends which each other, three of them all have the same one as their best friend. I'm absolutely in love with this mechanic.

Hi, I find some minor issues with DoM 3.3.1 and PAHE 8.1.6:

 

1. All my slaves enslaved after 2.12.2 seem to have the same actor values (one-handed=100, two-handed=100, sneak=100 etc.). Maybe this happened even in an earlier version. I have never checked the actor value before, and I just updated from 2.12.2 to 3.3.1. I double checked on 2.12.2 and they are already set to these values. There seems to be a script updating these values as I cannot adjust these values manually through console. Right now, only my first slave that was enslaved quite some versions ago and the one I revived after I killed her before enslavement (Salonia Caelia) kept their original actor values.

 

2. I am playing a vampire character, and only some of the slaves will have a feed option in the message box. Turning the vampire cattle on/off in PAHE's MCM doesn't seem to change anything.

 Check if you installed the optional PAHE Basement plugin it adds to basements, also check you are running the latest PAHE as I thought @CliftonJD fixed the clash between fishing CC and PAHE

 

@TrollAutokill How do I stop the "Tracking Thugs" quest from re-activating when I TP or load a save please?

i didnt make that statement to attack you, i just felt off put by your wording when replying to a guy that was making his first ever post in loverslab. maybe take things a little lighter on new people? your excuse of "everyone types different" doesnt excuse you from snarky replies. but yea as you said, topics is done, back to business as usual ?

Not going to work. I tend to travel with one of them as a pack mule, and she gets to be around when I break in new slaves. Didn't help that these were Deadly Wench vampires, with unplayable necklaces, so I couldn't just slap a leashing collar on them and take care of training later.

 

You know what DoM/PAHE needs? A disenchantable collar, so we can slap a leashing enchantment on any item. A leashing tattoo would work too.

There are only 4 friends to each actors, so you're unfortunately reaching the limit with Nenya.

how do you change the pose. i input the name in mcm but they still do old pose. the string should be right as i want them to use gspose 402 so put in GS402.

also found another faction bug. for campfire  slaves can be part of the factions to tell you its illgal to camp here. this causes them to stand there till you tell them something like entertain me resets their AI.

I mentioned it before, but I would like to repeat it so it does not get lost.

 

As am mage I resent my cleaning staff throwing away the books that I put on the bookshelves?. I assume that it is hard to detect this situation (stuff is on a shelf), so could we have a general option that prevents them from "cleaning up" books (including both regular books and spell books), similar to how we have one for scrolls? This mage would appreciate it a lot @TrollAutokill ?

Poses in MCM are for the attention and kneel interactions only.

Oh, you mean there is no option in the MCM to turn off books from being picked up. I will add that one.

No, I think it's fair enough. This is the first time I've bothered to have this many in-love slaves and balance their relationships, so reaching the cap for the first time is fair. More than 4 could get complicated, I'd say leave it as it is.

That is an error in HSH.  One that unfortunately I can't get rid of.

I just noticed, that my papyrus log gets spammed with a LOT of debug messages and I was wondering which mod caused them. Since the PAHE Slave names are used in the logging and the actions done look like DoM (force sendanimationevent=IdleHandsBehindBack) I believe they are caused by DoM, even after disabling Debug mode and logging, the papyrus log gets flooded:

(oh and it looks like the DoM patched Version of AYGAS does not seem to recognize HSH)

Should the "Train Kimli" quest advance once I find Drelas? I found him, he was hostile as always so I killed him and enslaved Kimli. But the quest still says "Find Drelas" which makes me wonder if I'm missing something.

OK. What happened was that after I killed Drelas. Kimli was running out the door, so I enslaved her as a fleeing target. The quest marker then changed to point at Olva, but the text was unchanged, hence my confusion. One I found the "You're Kimli, right?" dialogue option, it sorted itself out.

There's a "Sting" spell in the Slaver's Spellbook that does almost exactly that. Well, it's more like a 1pt lightning bolt. There's also a Discipline spell that sprays shock effect at close range.

 

Be a little cautious in using them. Discipline, in particular, can generate punishment events far faster than Papyrus can process them, and if you're not careful, you can end up with your game badly lagged.

Go to the animation tab in DoM MCM and turn off animations/idles debugging.

Yes, I didn't want to edit Drela's record for the sake of compatibility. Talking to Kimli to identify her is the only way to check this objective. The quest marker updates anyhow and Olava should recognize her and you should be allowed to progress to the next objective without checking the "Find Kimli" objective.
