SK32 Skeleton Extended A-Posing whenever I open my game.

So I'm one of the many who have Sexlab and things for it installed. My problem is that the animations wouldn't work. So I got the SK32 Skeleton Extended from NexusMods and after a lot of time shoveling myself out of a hole I managed to find the problem to why I couldn't open my game. But when I fixed that and opened my game I was met with my Argonian Female doing an A-pose. No walk animation, no run animation, nothing. I could walk, but I'd be in an A-pose. I did the generateforusers.exe for FNIS, nothing. And at this point I'm lost and decided to come here for technical support.

When you run fnis check "HKX File compatibility", to see if there is an animation loaded that is not properly converted from skyrim. I had that just yesterday, removing the animation pack with a bad animation fixed this issue. Also doublecheck that you have all dependencies, racemenu, ske64, etc.

Update on this. I disabled the skeleton and installed this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988?tab=description after I noticed it had Special in the name. I may have forgot to mention I have SSE. But after disabling the previous skeleton, installing and enabling that one. Everything was fixed. But I still can't do any Sexlab animations. I just stand there nude while moaning until the animation ends. To reply above, I don't have Racemenu and I have the script extender if thats what ske64 means.

Good one finding the skeleton, that's the recommended one.

 

About animations, do as mikovic says, run FNIS with HKX compatibility check (it's the 3rd option in the patches list you see when you open FNIS). Check if you have any warnings. If you're unsure of what to do, post the text FNIS generates when it finishes (copy&paste all the text in the white part of FNIS).

Lovely. I decided to finish up my quest while waiting for a response from here. And I discovered I've gone back to A-posing. The save file said I was missing MoreNastyCritters V1.0 and that the save depended on it or else it might break stuff. Except, I have the mod installed already. I must've re-installed it to get rid of the script error it was giving me before.

I don't know where you loaded those animation packs but as I said thats exactly your problem. Remove all packs that contain animations flagged as incompatible and then run fnis again. Animations that (should) be compatible can be found in the SkyrimSE download section, but at least one pack I tried out has an incompatible animation as well, so always check.
