Crash on save after sex

I need some help, I can't figure out what is causing my game to crash on save. I'm using SE version 1.63 beta 8.

 

It only happens after I  do a sex animation for the first time after I'm several hours into the game. If I start sexlab from a new start, it saves fine. Only after a while does it CTD. Load order below:

Just to get some of the old remedies out of the way: I've turned off TFC and it still crashes. I've turned off gender scaling, still crashes.

 

The other weird thing about this is that my game will crash on save if I try to turn off any of the animations that come built in with Sexlab. I can add animations via SLAL and if I rebuild the animation registry the game saves. But the moment I do any sex at all, the game crashes on save. I can't figure out what could be wrong and I'm about to give up on SE for good if I can't figure this out. Help!
