Retro game nude hacks/mods

I'd like to make a record of retro console games that have nude hacks or mods. Entries here are limited to female nudity. I'll post what I have and then if anyone has any others I have missed then I would really appreciate if you posted it here, preferably with a download or a working link to either the hacked rom, a patch or texture files. I realize some of the earlier mods might not be that great, but I'd like to cover those as well for completion, lulz, etc. NES

Just because Persona 3 Reload exists doesn't mean the original game (FES) shouldn't get any love anymore. Here's a bottomless version of Yukari's High-cut Armor: Am I really the first one who has thought of and actually bothered editing the texture to make her armour look even more lewd? Well it certainly exists now, enjoy my first ever PS2 mod and the fastest NSFW mod I ever did. Just place it in your PCSX2 file directory and make sure to enable "Load Textures"
